  4. Mathematica Policy Research, Inc - applies expertise at the intersection of data, methods, policy, and practice.
  5. National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education - promotes public policies that enhance Americans' opportunities to pursue and achieve high-quality education and training beyond high school.
  6. New America Foundation - dedicated to renewing the promise of America by continuing the quest to realize our nation's highest ideals, honestly confronting the challenges caused by rapid technological and social change, and seizing the opportunities those changes create.

  1. The Ayn Rand Institute promotes Objectivism, the philosophy developed by Ayn Rand.
  2. Lexington Institute focuses mainly on security-related issues, including defense spending, military technology, economic competitiveness, energy policy and logistics.
