Importance of this Guide

Using a computer with ease is one of the most important aspects of your academic career. Throughout your time as a student, you will use a computer for a variety of tasks including:

  2. Doing Research
  3. Writing Papers
  4. Sending emails
  5. Printing

This guide has been created for students who need to learn the most basic aspects of how to use a computer. 

Must Have's for this Guide

To get the most use out of this guide, make sure you have the following:

  • A PC running Windows 10.
  • A working computer mouse or a laptop trackpad (flat mouse found on laptops).
  • Access to the internet.

All of these items are in the Trinity Library and are open for student use.
